One of the top JUCO passers in the country this year wants people to know he's ready to leave and move on the bigger and better things, but at this point L.A. Harbor QB Dominique Blackman (6-5, 250) is still on hold as far as D-1 scholarships are concerned. This weekend he's heading to Old Dominion to check out what they have to offer, but he's hopeful some 1A schools take a look...
