Coach Tomey, Tom Bowen, and the rest of their dedicated Spartan administration and staff are yet again bringing their message "it's a NEW DAY in San Jose!" to Orange County on April 20th!
This impressive group of individuals, just like you all have read about on the Spartan Thunder.com message boards will be in ORANGE COUNTY to meet and greet the loyal fans of SJSU Athletics!
The Spartan Road Show is making a return visit to Orange County (by popular demand) to offer alumni and friends of the university the opportunity to interact with the San Jose State Athletics staff.
Join Director of Athletics Tom Bowen, head football coach Dick Tomey and head basketball coach George Nessman at a reception hosted by San Jose State Alumnus, Russ Schreck on April 20, 2006 at the Newport Beach Marriott.
The reception is complimentary, with reservation. Please R.S.V.P. to the Spartan Foundation at (408) 924-1692 by April 10th.

Come to this event, and reminisce with other die hard Spartan fans about some of the great Spartan games of the past!
Do you remember games like Air Force, the big TCU nationally ranked upset, the Fresno State wins in 86 and 87, Stanford 1971, and San Diego State 1975?
What about some of the heartbreakers like Wesley Walker catching the Joe Roth bomb over Gerald Small in the 1975 Cal bowl game (which even "Old Blues" point to as the turning point for Bear football in the 70s)!
This is the event to discuss these events in Spartan history with other blue n gold die hards.
