Photos from the SJSU win over BYU
San Jose State jumped out to an early lead, and were up 20-7 at halftime. The second-half became a defensive battle until late in the 4th when BYU mounted a comeback. However, a crushing hit by Spartan linebacker Keith Smith forced the ball out of Cougar quarterback Riley Nelsen's hands and Vince Buhagiar made the recovery to seal the 20-14 win and put the Spartans at 9-2 on the season. Next Satruday will be the season finale against Louisiana Tech at Spartan Stadium.
