The good news keeps rolling in. After two-straight victories on the field, the San Jose State football program has received its second verbal commitment in as many weeks.
"They're the only team that's been straight up with me, they've been the most realistic," Travis Talianko told the Glendale News-Press on Wednesday. "I really like what they're doing, they're building."
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Talianko plays on both sides of the ball for St. Francis High School in La Canada, Calif., but may see action as a defender when he gets to 7th and Alma.
"Receiver's what I'm good at," he said. "Over the season, I've grown to have a pretty strong affection for the safety position."
